Q: Can I order add-ons even if I’m not staying at The Hideaway Airbnb?
A: You need to have a booked and confirmed stay at The Hideaway Airbnb to purchase any add-ons. We’ll send you a shopping cart-enabled link when you book your stay!
Q: Do I have to had add-ons to my stay?
A: Not at all, there are plenty of amazing things to experience at The Hideaway and in Mystic Falls, including surprise immersive details. These are totally optional enhancements.
Q: How do I purchase an add-on and know that it will get paired with my stay at The Hideaway Airbnb
A: We’ll send you a shopping cart-enabled link when you book your stay! When you make your selections, you’ll be prompted to include the dates of your stay (when you arrive and when you check out). This, along with the email address you used to book your Airbnb stay will help us ensure that your purchased enhancements are ready for you when you arrive at the house.
Q: Do I need to pick anything up?
A: Nope! Everything will be prepared before arrival and waiting for you at The Hideaway.
Q: What if I need to cancel my trip?
A: As long as you let us know within 1 week of your expected stay, we can refund confection add-ons. We can refund all other add-ons with 48 hours notice.
Q: Some items say “subject to availability,” what happens if I pay and they are not available?
A: In the event that your item is unavailable during your stay, we will let you know and refund the purchase price.
